Notary services and certified true copies
Many applications ask for a certified true copy instead of the original — for example of a passport, diploma or bank statement. A notary public compares the copy with the original and certifies that it is a true copy.
We arrange certified true copies, signature certifications, statutory declarations and affidavits with notaries public, and combine them with translation, apostille or embassy legalization when your documents are going abroad.

Frequently asked questions
What is a certified true copy?
A photocopy that a notary public or other authorised person has compared with the original and certified as a true and complete copy, with signature, stamp and date.
Do I need to be present?
For certified copies, the notary must see the original, which we can collect. For signature notarisation, you must sign in front of the notary, so we arrange an appointment that suits you.
Will a Grenadian notarised copy be accepted abroad?
Often an apostille or legalization is also required so the notary's signature is recognised abroad. We tell you in advance and can add this step.
